HSE & QUALITY

Safety is non-negotiable.
Quality is audited.

No project is delivered at the cost of safety.

JJCO operates an integrated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The same procedures apply on every site, regardless of contract size - from a single fit-out unit to a full industrial complex.

Six pillars of site discipline.

01

Pre-mobilisation HSE plan

Site-specific risk assessment, method statements and emergency response plan submitted and approved before any work begins.

02

Daily toolbox talks

Every crew, every morning. Documented attendance, hazard of the day, lessons-learned from previous shifts.

03

Permit-to-work system

Hot work, confined space, working at height and electrical isolation all governed by signed permits with named competent persons.

04

Mandatory PPE

Hard hat, safety boots, hi-vis and task-specific PPE issued and enforced. Non-compliance is a stop-work item, not a warning.

05

Independent inspections

Weekly site walks by the HSE Manager with a direct reporting line to the Managing Director, bypassing project commercial pressures.

06

Incident investigation

Root-cause analysis on every near-miss and incident, with corrective actions tracked to closure across all active sites.

Audited at every stage.

Environmental responsibility

JJCO operates under ISO 14001 with site-level controls for dust suppression, waste segregation, fuel and chemical storage, and noise management. Demolition and excavation waste is tracked from source to licensed disposal, and we actively design out unnecessary material consumption at the planning stage.
