Full main-contractor delivery of a multi-level retail destination including shell, MEP infrastructure and common-area finishes, designed to accommodate national and international tenant fit-outs.
Scope of works
- Reinforced concrete frame and floor plates
- MEP backbone - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life-safety
- Common-area finishes, ceilings and feature lighting
- Tenant-coordination grids and metering for retail units
- Vertical transport, parking and back-of-house facilities
